These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Atlas of Becoming online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the applicable Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and, where relevant, Subscription Policy.
About Atlas of Becoming
Atlas of Becoming is an independent creative business based in the United Kingdom, selling physical creative products, recurring physical mail subscriptions and digital creative products.

Products
I make every effort to describe and display products accurately. As many Atlas of Becoming products contain original artwork, printed materials or handmade/hand-finished elements, minor variations may occur between individual items.
Product photographs and digital displays may also vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and printing processes.
These variations do not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where I am genuinely unable to fulfil it, where a product has been listed incorrectly, or where there is a genuine pricing or availability error.
If this happens, you will be contacted and any payment due to be returned will be refunded to the original payment method.
Atlas of Becoming Subscriptions
Where you purchase a recurring Atlas of Becoming subscription, the price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the stated recurring interval until the subscription is cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription to prevent future renewals in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided with your subscription.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to an individual order remain unaffected.
If the price or material terms of a subscription change, appropriate notice will be provided before the change takes effect where required.
Shipping and Delivery
Physical orders are shipped according to the Shipping Policy and any dispatch information provided on the relevant product page.
Monthly Atlas mail follows a scheduled dispatch cycle rather than immediate dispatch. Relevant sign-up, cut-off and dispatch information will be provided on the subscription/product page.
International shipping is available only to selected destinations. Physical shipping to countries within the European Union is not currently available.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your rights regarding cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in the Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Digital Products
Digital products may include downloadable files or access to digital content or resources.
Digital products are for the purchaser's personal use only unless the individual product expressly states otherwise. They must not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, shared or commercially exploited without permission.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right will be affected once supply or downloading begins.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, artwork, illustrations, written material, digital resources, branding and other original content sold or published by Atlas of Becoming remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder.
Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Products and content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Personal Use
Atlas of Becoming products, prompts and self-exploration materials are created for personal, creative and reflective purposes. They are not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Website Availability
I aim to keep the online store available and accurate, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally affect access to the website.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the store, products, services or applicable requirements.
The terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
