Shipping Policy

Atlas of Becoming is an independent creative business based in the United Kingdom. All physical orders are packed and dispatched by me.

United Kingdom

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page where applicable.

Delivery estimates refer to the time after an order has been dispatched and do not include any processing or preparation time. You'll receive a dispatch notification when your order has been sent.

Monthly Atlas mail follows its own scheduled dispatch cycle, which will be explained on the current subscription/product page.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations outside the European Union.

Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

European Union

At present, I am unable to ship physical products to countries within the European Union due to regulatory requirements affecting international sellers.

I hope to make shipping to the EU available in the future and will update this policy when this changes.

Orders with an EU delivery address cannot currently be accepted.

Atlas of Becoming Monthly Mail

Atlas of Becoming is a monthly physical mail experience. Each month's dispatch schedule will be communicated on the product page and/or as part of your subscription information.

If you join after a particular month's dispatch cut-off, your subscription may begin with the next available monthly edition. Please check the current Atlas listing for the applicable sign-up and dispatch dates.

Other Physical Products

Processing times for prints, artwork and other physical products may vary. Any relevant processing or dispatch information will be shown on the individual product page.

If an order contains products with different processing times, they may be dispatched separately where appropriate.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible at mail@atlasofbecoming.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, I may not be able to change its destination.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Postal delays can occasionally happen, particularly with international mail. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at mail@atlasofbecoming.com and I'll help you investigate.
